Alece celebra 75 anos da 2ª Igreja Presbiteriana de Fortaleza em sessão solene nesta terça

A Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Ceará (Alece) realiza, nesta terça-feira (21/10), às 17h, no Plenário 13 de Maio, sessão solene em homenagem aos 75 anos da 2ª Igreja Presbiteriana de Fortaleza. A solenidade foi proposta pelos deputados Cláudio Pinho (PDT), Antônio Henrique (PDT), Queiroz Filho (PDT) e Sargento Reginauro (União).
Fundada em 14 de setembro de 1950, a 2ª Igreja Presbiteriana de Fortaleza tem desempenhado, ao longo de sete décadas e meia, um papel de destaque na formação espiritual, social e educacional de centenas de famílias. Localizada no bairro Jacarecanga, a instituição mantém a Associação Dorcas, entidade de apoio social que oferece cursos, ações de solidariedade e acompanhamento a famílias em situação de vulnerabilidade.
De acordo com a justificativa do requerimento, a homenagem reconhece a trajetória de fé, dedicação e compromisso com a comunidade, que faz da Igreja uma referência entre as instituições religiosas do Ceará.
