Feira ilegal de armas no WhatsApp tem participação de policial militar do Ceará
O militar foi demitido, de acordo com publicação da Controladoria de Disciplina (CGD) no Diário Oficial dessa terça-feira. Conforme a CGD, o PM teria participado do grupo intitulado Feira Policial – G2′, onde eram comercializadas armas ilegais.

Um sargento da Polícia Militar do Ceará (PMCE) foi demitido da Corporação acusado de venda ilegal de arma de fogo no Estado. A Controladoria Geral de Disciplina dos Órgãos de Segurança Pública e Sistema Penitenciário (CGD) oficializou nessa terça-feira (24) a sanção máxima administrativa para Aridson Moreno da Silva, resultado de uma investigação que apontou o militar como responsável por vender armas de fogo.
Consta no Diário Oficial do Estado (DOE) que o PM teria participado de um grupo no Whatsapp intitulado como ‘Feira Policial – G2’, onde eram negociados os armamentos. Em julho de 2019, o policial foi abordado na BR-222, em Caucaia, em posse de um revólver calibre 38, com a numeração raspada.
De acordo com versões de policiais que participaram da ocorrência, o homem teria se identificado como PM, mas não apresentou carteira funcional. Quando questionado sobre a arma raspada, ele teria admitido que iria vendê-la, mas sem dizer para quem, conforme consta em denúncia do Ministério Público do Ceará (MPCE).
Os PMs disseram ter ido até a casa do suspeito na intenção de confirmar se ele se tratava ou não de um policial. No local, foram recebidos pela esposa do suspeito e apreenderam documentos de uma pistola 380, além da pistola calibre 40 que é da Corporação.
O PM foi detido em flagrante e denunciado pelo Ministério Público em setembro de 2019.
Posteriormente, o suspeito apresentou a versão de que a arma era de um amigo e que foi infelicidade ela ter sido encontrada no seu carro. Segundo o ex-PM, ele esqueceu a arma dentro do veículo, mas iria em breve fazer o descarte correto da arma junto aos órgãos competentes. A defesa dele não foi localizada pela reportagem para comentar a demissão.

No decorrer da investigação, o policial teria dito que não se recordava de ter postado ofertando armas no grupo do Whatsapp. No entanto, para a CGD, “todas as provas confluem para a comprovação de que tanto a denúncia repassada à equipe policial que realizou a abordagem, bem como a manifestação Ceará Transparente (Ouvidoria do Ceará), registrada quase um mês antes da prisão em flagrante do aconselhado, são verossímeis, e pelo conjunto probatório produzido levam ao convencimento de que o aconselhado estava em posse do revólver cal. 38 com numeração suprimida com a finalidade de comercializá-lo com alguém, sem conseguir concretizar o feito por ter sido abordado e preso em flagrante conforme narrado na Portaria deste processo disciplinar”.
“O objeto apreendido com o aconselhado é um material bélico, sendo absurda a possibilidade de que um armamento com numeração suprimida e municiado possa ser dado como presente por gratidão a favores prestados a um suposto amigo. Não estamos aqui falando da compra de mercadorias comuns, mas de armas de fogo, que são produtos de circulação controlada”

A Controladoria destaca a negligência do acusado, que na época tinha 15 anos de serviço e diz ser “injustificável ter recebido tal arma ilegal de terceiro, independentemente da versão apresentada pela Defesa, seja para o suposto “descarte” alegado ou como presente por gratidão a acompanhamentos particulares na suposta amizade com o auditor fiscal”.
