Governo do Ceará envia à Alece projeto que amplia o Programa VaiVem para o Cariri

Proposta prevê passagens gratuitas para estudantes e trabalhadores de quatro municípios da Região Metropolitana do Cariri
O Governo do Ceará enviou à Assembleia Legislativa do Ceará (Alece) o projeto de lei que amplia o Programa VaiVem para a Região Metropolitana do Cariri. O anúncio foi feito nesta terça-feira (16) pelo governador Elmano de Freitas, por meio das redes sociais.
De acordo com o chefe do Executivo estadual, o objetivo é levar a iniciativa, que já é realidade na Região Metropolitana de Fortaleza, aos cearenses do Cariri. “É mais mobilidade para estudantes e pessoas em busca de emprego, com passagem gratuita. Conto com o apoio dos parlamentares para aprovar essa importante medida”, destacou o governador Elmano de Freitas.
A expectativa é atender, inicialmente, quatro municípios da região: Crato, Juazeiro do Norte, Barbalha e Missão Velha. O público estimado é de 10 mil pessoas, entre estudantes e trabalhadores.
“A ampliação do programa para o Cariri irá facilitar o acesso ao emprego e possibilitar que mais pessoas possam ir em busca da sua oportunidade. Desejamos chegar no próximo ano como uma das gestões que mais gerou postos de trabalho e garantiu a autonomia econômica do cearense”, frisou o secretário do Trabalho, Vladyson Viana.
Com o cartão em mãos, os beneficiários têm direito a 40 passagens gratuitas no transporte público, o que representa um alívio financeiro para as famílias que mais precisam e contribui para a sustentabilidade urbana.
Quem tem direito ao Cartão VaiVem?
De acordo com os critérios estabelecidos, têm direito ao benefício trabalhadores sem emprego formal, maiores de 18 anos que estejam em busca de trabalho em município diferente daquele onde moram. Estudantes também podem ser contemplados, desde que residam e estudem em municípios distintos dentro da própria Região Metropolitana.
