Secretarias Regionais iniciam intervenções em 12 praças e espaços públicos de Fortaleza
Investimento de R$ 10 milhões contempla melhorias em oito bairros e reforça a descentralização da gestão
A Prefeitura de Fortaleza, por meio das 12 Secretarias Regionais e da Coordenadoria Especial de Apoio à Governança das Regionais (Cegor), inicia, nesta semana, uma série de obras e manutenções em praças e espaços públicos da cidade. As intervenções contam com orçamento de aproximadamente R$ 10 milhões, provenientes do Fundo Municipal de Desenvolvimento Urbano (Fundurb), e vão contemplar 12 equipamentos distribuídos em oito bairros da Capital.
A escolha dos espaços atende a solicitações da população e a critérios de prioridade, como fluxo de pessoas, locais com demandas históricas e situações de maior necessidade, reforçando o compromisso da Prefeitura com uma gestão descentralizada e cada vez mais próxima dos moradores.
O prefeito Evandro Leitão destacou que as intervenções realizadas em praças e espaços públicos reforçam o papel desses locais na convivência entre os moradores e fazem parte de uma política contínua de melhorias na cidade. “Essas obras mostram o quanto acreditamos na importância desses locais para a vida em comunidade. A tendência é que esse trabalho se intensifique, chegando cada vez mais perto das pessoas e fortalecendo o cuidado com toda a cidade”.
Os serviços envolvem desde obras de maior porte, com troca ou reparos de piso, adequações de acessibilidade, reformas de quadras, instalação de areninhas, academias e parquinhos, até intervenções pontuais, como substituição e reparo de bancos e lixeiras, pintura, iluminação, poda e limpeza, dentre outros tipos de intervenções.
Além das melhorias estruturais, as Secretarias Regionais realizam diálogos com permissionários que atuam nesses locais, buscando as melhores soluções caso seja necessário o deslocamento temporário durante a execução das obras. A previsão é que a maior parte das intervenções seja concluída ainda em 2025. Já os projetos de maior porte têm tempo médio de execução de seis meses.
“Estamos alinhados com o prefeito Evandro Leitão e com os secretários das Regionais para acompanhar as obras que já estão em andamento. Esses espaços vão voltar a ser utilizados pelas famílias, com segurança, limpeza e lazer. É essa a Prefeitura que queremos: uma Prefeitura para todos, e não apenas para a Beira-Mar. O prefeito está atendendo todos os bairros, inclusive onde a presença do poder público sempre foi mais distante, para tornar Fortaleza uma capital inclusiva e próxima daquilo que o povo merece”, reforçou o titular da Cegor, Osmar Baquit.
Os maiores investimentos serão feitos na Praça da Rua do Canal, no bairro São João do Tauape, que será construída do zero. O novo espaço terá piso intertravado, parquinho, academia e uma areninha. Também recebem obras de maior porte a Praça da Coelce, no bairro Vila Peri, que receberá piso novo, areninha com vestiário e arquibancada, além de reforma da quadra poliesportiva, acessibilidade, manutenção de parquinho e academia, e instalação de bancos e lixeiras. A autorização desta obra foi assinada nesta quarta-feira (17/09), pelo prefeito Evandro Leitão. Outro projeto é o do Campo do Lago Azul, no Barroso, onde a antiga quadra de areia será transformada em uma areninha, com novo alambrado, mureta e gramado sintético.
Outra intervenção importante acontecerá na Praça dos Mártires, conhecida como Passeio Público, que passará por manutenção de piso, bancos e lixeiras, receberá revitalização das fontes, paisagismo e restauro das esculturas.
As intervenções pontuais também se espalham pela cidade. Entre elas estão a Praça São Francisco, no São João do Tauape, que contará com nova quadra poliesportiva; e a Lagoa da Parangaba, que terá o piso do estacionamento substituído. No Campo São Pedro, no Aracapé, serão reformados os bancos de concreto, enquanto a Praça da Rua Brigadeiro Torres, no Henrique Jorge, receberá manutenção em bancos, parquinho e academia.
Já a Praça da Malvina, na Bela Vista, terá a areninha recuperada, com alambrado e redes consertadas, além da manutenção de bancos, lixeiras, parquinho e academia. A Praça Mauá, no Pan Americano, terá troca da grama da areninha, reforma da quadra poliesportiva com novo piso e alambrado, recuperação da quadra de basquete, além de melhorias em parquinho e academia. A Praça João XXIII, no Jóquei Clube, receberá reforma da quadra, enquanto a Praça da Rua Guarani, também no Henrique Jorge, passará por reparos pontuais em bancos, lixeiras e pintura.
Obras em andamento e concluídas
Entre as obras já em andamento conduzidas pelas Regionais estão a requalificação do Jardim Japonês, no Meireles; a Praça Paula Ney, no Henrique Jorge; a nova estátua de Nossa Senhora de Nazaré e reforma da praça Elvis Marcelino, no Montese; a reforma da Praça Santa Cecília, no Bom Jardim; a reforma dos mercados do Carlito Pamplona e São Sebastião; a Lavanderia Comunitária Maria Lucimar Coelho, no Vila União; além de obras de infraestrutura como o novo pontilhão e as ruas D e L, no José Walter.
Já entre as entregas recentes, as Regionais concluíram a reforma da Praça Pio IX e o restauro da imagem de Nossa Senhora de Fátima, no bairro de Fátima; a Praça Nossa Senhora da Assunção, no Vila Velha, a Praça da Imaculada Conceição, no Henrique Jorge; além da manutenção do Lago Jacarey, na Cidade dos Funcionários.
