Governo do Ceará homenageia empresas que mais contrataram pessoas com deficiência
O Governo do Ceará concederá o selo “Empresa Completa, Empresa que Inclui” a empresas que mais contrataram pessoas com deficiência por meio da rede de atendimento do IDT/Sine durante os anos de 2023 e 2024. A cerimônia de entrega do selo será realizada na próxima segunda-feira (20), às 15h, no Palácio da Abolição, com a presença do governador Elmano de Freitas.
O evento também contará com a participação do titular da pasta do Trabalho, Vladyson Viana, do presidente do Instituto de Desenvolvimento do Trabalho (IDT), Raimundo Ângelo, Ministério Público do Trabalho, Superintendência Regional do Trabalho, servidores e demais parceiros da ação.
Reconhecimento
O selo “Empresa Completa, Empresa que Inclui” será entregue a 15 instituições cearenses que se destacaram na inserção de pessoas com deficiência em seus quadros. A homenagem é uma inciativa do Governo do Ceará por meio do IDT e da Secretaria do Trabalho (SET) para incentivar a responsabilidade social, além do cumprimento das cotas previstas na Lei 8.213/91.

Assai Atacadista, Coopershoes Calçados, Dakota Nordeste, Colégio Christus, Sesc, Colégio Antares, Pinheiro Supermercado, Ecofor Ambiental, Cocalqui, Sapataria Nova, Fribal, Oto Santos Dumont, Farmace, Unifametro e Teclav.
Ceará é destaque em inserções de PCDs
O Ceará se destaca como um dos estados do Brasil que mais contratam pessoas com deficiência. Nos anos de 2023 e 2024, 2.567 trabalhadores PCDs foram inseridos no mercado com o apoio do Governo do Estado através do IDT/Sine.
Pioneiro na luta pela inclusão social no mercado de trabalho, o Atendimento Especializado à Pessoa com Deficiência do IDT/Sine surgiu em 1991 com a proposta de ser uma ponte entre as empresas e os profissionais com deficiência. O trabalho principal é sensibilizar para que o empresariado abrace a responsabilidade social, derrubando as barreiras do preconceito.
