Prefeitura de Fortaleza promove evento em celebração ao Dia Internacional da Mulher Empreendedora
Iniciativa destaca a atuação da Semulher e integra o planejamento para 2026, que incluirá o Selo Municipal de Mulheres que Fortalecem Mulheres
A Prefeitura de Fortaleza, por meio da Secretaria da Mulher (Semulher), realiza, na próxima quarta-feira (19/11), evento especial em comemoração ao Dia Internacional da Mulher Empreendedora, instituído pela Organização das Unidas (ONU).
A ação é promovida em parceria com o Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae), reforçando o compromisso conjunto das instituições com o fortalecimento do empreendedorismo feminino e com a promoção da autonomia econômica das mulheres.
A programação contará com a participação da escritora e palestrante Mariana Sasso, que irá conduzir a palestra Empreendedorismo e Protagonismo Feminino. A apresentação abordará desafios, oportunidades e estratégias para o fortalecimento da liderança feminina no mercado, destacando caminhos para ampliar a participação das mulheres no ambiente de negócios.
Para a secretária da Mulher de Fortaleza, Fátima Bandeira, o evento simboliza o compromisso da gestão municipal com a construção de oportunidades reais para as mulheres.
“Fortalecer o empreendedorismo feminino é investir na autonomia econômica, na autoestima e no futuro das mulheres de Fortaleza. Cada iniciativa como esta abre portas, cria redes e reafirma que nossas mulheres têm capacidade, talento e protagonismo para transformar a cidade”, afirma.
A colaboração entre a Semulher e o Sebrae celebra a proposta do evento ao unir a atuação institucional da Prefeitura com a expertise técnica da entidade no desenvolvimento de negócios.
A parceria amplia o impacto da iniciativa, garantindo acesso a conhecimento, metodologias e ferramentas que contribuem diretamente para o crescimento profissional e econômico das mulheres empreendedoras de Fortaleza.
A ação também integra o planejamento da Semulher para 2026, que inclui o lançamento do Selo Mulheres que Fortalecem Mulheres, iniciativa que reconhecerá empreendedoras, líderes de grupos produtivos e mulheres que têm contribuído para o desenvolvimento econômico da cidade. O selo será uma ferramenta de valorização, visibilidade e estímulo à consolidação de negócios liderados por mulheres.
O evento é gratuito e voltado para mulheres empreendedoras, líderes de grupos produtivos, profissionais liberais, empresárias e representantes de entidades classistas que desejam ampliar redes de apoio, trocar experiências e fortalecer o diálogo sobre o papel das mulheres na economia.
